We would like to make our contribution to environmental protection and help to save fittings made of ductile iron from being scrapped and to prepare them with a new coating for use in the drinking water sector.

Do you still have fittings made of ductile iron in stock that have a coating that is no longer approved (e.g. bitumen) or that are severely damaged?

We will then proceed as follows:

 

- We will provide you with an offer for the preparation of your fittings

- After your commissioning, we will pick up the components

- The old coating is removed from the fittings in a pyrolysis oven

- The old fittings are then removed from the paint residues in a blasting system, cleaned and roughened

- In the final step, the pre-treated fittings are heated in an oven and the new EKB coating is applied in accordance with GSK guidelines

- We will deliver the coated components back to you
